Pregnancy can be a challenging time as the woman’s
body goes through many changes that are physical as well
as emotional in nature. Massage during pregnancy can provide
a multitude of benefits. It can:

A pregnancy massage is performed by a massage therapist
that has been specifically trained to do massage during
pregnancy.
There are certain conditions during
pregnancy that contraindicate massage therapy, such
as toxemia/pre-eclampsia. It is important to get
clearance from your doctor for massage.

(depending on how much you trust that loved one!)
